Trendy City ships all items USPS Parcel Post. We use USPS for domestic shipping.  If you would like next day air, 2 days & 3 days select, please let us know prior to your purchase, by e-mail bags@tcbagco.com. 

 

The shipping cost is automatically calculated and is added to your final total on the check out page. You can also use US postal service or other methods for international shipping, please contact us by email bags@tcbagco.com, or call us at 816-918-7859.

 

Merchandise will be shipped within 24 hours after order is placed. Order by 2:00pm(CT) for same day shipping. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from the date the order is shipped.

* Shipping and handling cost is estimated of UPS Ground based on purchased order amount and may be affected by destination, weight, and dimension of package.

 

We only allow you to return defective items and they must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date for a store credit (to be used on your next purchase). Before returning a purchase you must contact us by e-mail bags@tcbagco.com,  or phone 816-918-7859 to receive a return authorization number (RAN) and shipping instruction. (Please display RAN on the package)
